![]() ![]() I had tried to use CHMOD to correct the permissions, but that didn't fix it. Click the + button associated with PLEXSERVER (or whatever friendly name you gave your Plex server) in the left navigation. ![]() Plex: Library base path is /media.ĮDIT: I managed to fix it by setting Deluge to save finished torrents to a /files directory, then uninstalling Plex and reinstalling it. Here’s how: Open up the Plex web admin tool. What are your (relevant) settings? Deluge - move finished torrents to /media. What you expected? I thought I was pointing Deluge and Plex at the same directory, so PLex would pick up the content, but that is not happening. So I am not sure that I have the RIGHT media folder, but perusing the directory tree I cannot find any other. Double-click on the downloaded installer. Change into the directory housing the downloaded installer. Open up your file manager (in my case, on openSUSE, that’d be Files). I know that there are ~200 episodes of shows there, but Plex does not see them. Open up your web browser and download the installer that meets your needs. I then installed Plex media server, and created a library pointing to /media, which is at the top level. What you did? I set up Deluge to save finished downloads to /myhomedir/myaccountname/media/. Have you checked the Plex knowledge base and searched on the sub and Google: Yes, but they did not have anything that would point me to the right directory.Ĭlients, w/ versions, if applicable: Web client on Chrome, unknown version
